How we can help:
-
Autism Assessments (bookings available from July, 2026)
Suitable for adults who would like a neuroaffirming assessment to identify whether they might have an autistic neurotype.
The process involves several online questionnaires, as well as a 2-3 hour appointment with Sophie.
Assessment + Full report: $1,680
Assessment + Brief letter: $1,050
(See FAQs for difference between full and brief reports)
Sometimes a follow-up appointment is required to gain further information. This will be charged at the hourly session rate of $210.
To book an assessment, a deposit is required. After booking, you will receive an invoice for the remaining cost which will need to be paid in full before your appointment in order to confirm it.
IMPORTANT: This report will not guarantee access to the NDIS. It can be used as evidence to support an application to the NDIS, however, it is ultimately the NDIS who makes decisions about who can gain access to their scheme.

Individual Therapy
Suitable for individuals seeking psychological therapy.
The cost of these sessions is $210 for a standard session. Sessions run for 50 minutes, with 10 minutes at the end for note writing time.
Please note that according to the Australian Psychological Society (APS) , for 2025-2026 they recommend that psychologists charge a fee of $318 for a standard 46-60 minute appointment. Therefore, our rate is well-below the recommended fee guide to allow therapy to be accessible to more people.
Additionally, if you have a Mental Health Care Treatment Plan/referral from your GP, you are eligible for a rebate of $98.95 from Medicare (leaving a gap fee of $111.05). You can access 10 of these rebated sessions per calendar year. Your first referral covers 6 sessions, then you will need to return to your GP for a review to access another 4 sessions.
Additionally, some private health funds might cover psychology- please check this with your insurer.
